Josh has created some of the most known, awarded and celebrated work of the past 16 years. Josh began his career as a copywriter at Arnold Worldwide NYC and later at Peter Mayer New Orleans and Chicago Creative Partnership. Josh then spent the next 12 years at FCB Chicago finishing as VP Creative Director. Josh left FCB to become Executive Creative Director for Fusion92 Chicago. Most recently he was Creative Director at Deutsch LA helping lead the Taco Bell account.

From A-listers in Super Bowl spots to pets digitally licking computer screens, his work reflects the belief that concept, craft and creativity are at the core of all great work.

With over 12 years experience in client services with various fortune 500 companies, Rux brings a robust wealth of knowledge in all areas of digital, traditional, and experiential marketing. Her strong knowledge and belief in the intersection of creative, strategy, tech and analytics has driven transformational results for clients with marketing budgets from small to +$100MM.

Rux has worked on both sided of the table, leading full-service agencies in North America such as Leapfrog Online/iProspect and DAC Group. On the client side Rux has help build lead startups under TechStars and Vista Equity Partners portfolios. Her previously managed client roster includes, Phillips 66, Charter Communications, Laureate, Quill.com/Staples, Terminix/TruGreen, and WOW! Business.

Rux’s true passion lies in creating partnerships and lasting relationships with clients. Learning their needs, wants, goals, and business objectives. She is collaborative to the core. Crafting a vision for success based on research, data and proven strategic methods. Her performance-driven approach keeps teams on track to ensure efficient and effective delivery for clients of all sizes, budgets, and categories.

Chris brings 20+ years of brand marketing and performance media results to the table with legendary ROI for clients such as Phillips 66, 76, Conoco, MillerCoors, Gallo, Pernod-Ricard, Berringer, Takeda, AIG, AON, MetLife, Allstate, State Farm, Discover Financial Services, Marsh, Kraft-Heinz, Quill, Staples, Laureate, Ace Hardware, The Home Depot, Bridgestone/Firestone and numerous regulated industries.

As Managing Director of New Growth at SapientRazorfish (Publicis Groupe of 100k employees), he experienced the marketplace’s unbridled desire for the winning combo of Creative & Technology. Prior to that, he headed up Growth and Strategy at DAC Group (800 personnel multinational) helping modernize F500 and emerging brands alike, always doggedly focused on enhancing the bottom line, always.

Andy’s obsession with pop culture and tech has translated into breakthrough creative for a wide range of brands over the past 18 years. Andy began his career as an Art Director at Chicago boutique agency Two By Four, where for 9 years his ideas helped the agency grow. Andy then spent his next 9 years at FCB Chicago where he continued to bring his creative passion finishing as VP Creative Director.
